- I%1, tsp, white vinegar
- I%1, tsp, brown mustard
- I%1/8, tsp, salt
- I%1, dash, pepper
- I%2, T., pickle relish
- I%1 1/2, oz, american cheese, (3 slices)

- R% Slice the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove yolks and
- R%mash with the remaining ingredients except the cheese and paprika.

- R% Re-fill the egg whites with the mixture. Should be slightly
- R%rounded. The mixture should be firm. Sprinkle with paprika for
- R%color and taste.

- R% Slice the cheese in half diagonally from both corners (makes 4
- R%"sails"). Thread toothpicks though the long side of the sliced
- R%cheese "sail". Place a "sail" in the center portion of each deviled
- R%egg.
